Commitment to Belonging

At Aires, we know that connection drives innovation.

As a global mobility leader, we recognize that diverse voices and lived experiences are essential to building a stronger, more inclusive workplace. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are a vital part of that mission, creating spaces where employees can find community, share perspectives, and lead meaningful change. When people feel supported and seen, they thrive and so does our culture.

                                              Voices of Aires

  • I value the opportunity to participate in the Mental Health ERG. Mental health well-being is such an important topic, both in and outside of work. Open conversations around mental health really matter, and participating in this voluntary group creates a sense of community, reminding me that I am not alone, and hopefully my participation helps remind someone else of the same.

Jennifer Murr Vice President - Central Region

  • I joined Women@Work early on to move Aires forward in our DEI initiatives, with a focus of offering community allegiance and advocating with our members in causes we support. The campaigns and initiatives the group focuses on directly impact our members and local communities, and show how much the W@W group and Aires truly care.

Brittanny Seibel Senior Implementation Project Manager

  • Bringing my authentic self to work in a safe, inclusive, and diverse environment feels like a warm hug. For many of us, DEI isn’t just a buzzword; it deeply shapes our lives and identities. Working somewhere that truly aligns with those values and means it wholeheartedly feels incredible.

    Lauren McKenna Manager, Proposals

  • When I heard that Aires was looking to start a Mental Health ERG I did not hesitate to raise my hand and be a part of getting the idea of the ground. Leading this effort has been not only a wonderful learning experience but it also gave me the opportunity to lend a hand to others with something so important as Mental Health. We should not be treating mental health any differently than our physical health and creating a platform for raising awareness and providing resources has been at the core of what we do.

Karina Mihailovschi Associate Implementation Project Manager

  • I joined the Mental Health ERG because after Covid, I made a commitment to myself to take my mental health as seriously as my physical health. I actually think everyone should join the mental health ERG…sharing experiences, learning coping mechanisms, breathing techniques…it really will benefit everyone. I think bring care for mental health out of the shadows is something very important and am proud to be a part of this ERG!

Eric Tate Vice President, Northeast Region

  • I love seeing the women at Aires working through the ranks and achieving amazing goals every day.I am happy to be a mentor in any way I can and share my experiences with them and cheer them on!

    Barb Overbay Vice President, Operations

  • Having a company that supports and cares about me as a person is extremely important. Sometimes it feels like being different is scary, but Aires celebrates our differences, promotes fairness and equality, and creates a positive and inclusive environment where I feel SAFE to be who I am. The LGBTQIA+ ERG is a beacon of hope. We gather together, talk about how we can make a difference in the lives of others, and are supported by our company.

    Kris Earle Associate Mobility Specialist

  • I feel that when women can get together and calibrate, we can do anything and get the job done. We have very strong women here at Aires and years of knowledge. I joined this group to be part of the movement at Aires and see what we can get done and to be a part of this amazing group of women.

    Vanessa Fritts Senior Mobility Specialist

  • Joining the Mental Health ERG isn’t just about stress management or deep breathing. It’s also about connection, growth, and changing the way we show up for one another. When we talk openly, we heal collectively.

    Lauren McKenna Manager, Proposals

  • I made the decision to join Women@Work ERG at the same time I made the move to the implementation team. When I started my career at Aires in 2016 as a Mobility specialist, I benefited from having a strong network of motivated and driven women. Their support has been invaluable to me as I've advanced to different positions within the company. I find these social relationships a source of strength when it comes to navigating challenges & maintaining a positive work life balance. As a fully remote employee I find the Women@Work ERG a great way to stay connected with individuals outside my department that I might not have daily interaction with. It is also my hope that I can in return provide the same type of support, that I benefited from, to others at Aires.

    Kaitlin Porter Associate Implementation Specialist

  • I am an ally and proudly in the LGBTQIA+ ERG because I believe strongly in fostering a workplace where everyone feels seen, respected, and safe to be themselves. It’s not just the right thing to do, it is essential for Aires to allow for collaboration and trust and ultimately, people who can be themselves provide better customer service!

Eric Tate Vice President, Northeast Ragion

  • I joined the Woman@Work ERG because I have a strong tendency to want to be with strong leaders. We are so fortunate at Aires to have so many women in leadership roles. I think it's a great advantage to see how women contribute to the organization and to have a stellar group of people to collaborate with.

    Nicole Callan Corporate Trainer

  • Over the years was impressed by how many women worked at Aires at all levels. Many women have been here for a long time and came up through the ranks to being our leaders today. This is not something you see in most companies and it should be celebrated. I want to see this continue and being part of the Woman@ Work group is a great way to help make happen.

    Dana Nelson Manager, Regional Operations

  • As a new Aires employee (joined in January 2025), I wanted to build my own personal network within Aires and find a group of like-minded women who support each other. I think its impactful to find a safe space with colleagues where you can be yourself since we do spend the majority of our time at work.

    Lisa Podobinski Assistant Controller

  • I joined the Woman@Work ERG to be part of a community and a support system of amazing women who speak up for others in the company, and support employees on personal and professional matters in a judgement-free zone.

Harper McGroarty Staff Client Service Manager

  • Being part of the Veteran Employee Resource Group empowers me to connect with fellow veterans, share experiences, and contribute to a supportive community that values service and leadership. It enhances my sense of belonging within the company and gives me a meaningful platform to advocate for veteran-related initiatives, while also growing personally and professionally through collaboration and mentorship.

Allen Karns Team Lead, Client Service Manager

  • For me, the VERG gives me an opportunity to recognize and celebrate ALL veterans, in honor of the fallen veterans in my family. My family has a long history of fighting for freedom, all the way back to the Revolutionary War. I’m even a DAR (Daughter of the American Revolution). I lost my Uncle Bill to agent orange from Vietnam. I feel a kinship and respect for anyone who serves in the military and I love listening to veterans share their experiences.I am proud of our veterans and their families, and appreciate the Aires VERG platform to pay tribute to those who served so that we may live in freedom today
