At AIReS, we can provide on-the-ground service in virtually any region of the world thanks to our well-established global partner network. This unique group of service providers is made up of elite companies who have proven their track record of excellence when working with our clients’ transferees. We are not bound to any one provider or network and our flexibility allows us to include preferred providers already in use by incoming clients. Our objective approach to this business aspect allows us to ensure that our vision of quality is always delivered through our unique supply chain management system.

Selection: Our partner network is open to any service provider who wishes to compete for our business. Applicants will submit a Partner Capability Survey, disclosing their full service offerings and pricing index, often the most competitive prices in the industry. Those meeting our Partner Requirements will complete a service agreement before participating in our partner orientation and training program, as part of our ISO 9001:2008 requirements. We train all of our partners in AIReS’ service delivery requirements. We conduct regular training on these requirements, which include on-site visits with partners to discuss current performance and any quality of service issues, review service delivery improvements, and evaluate their capability for maintaining AIReS’ strict requirements. Our continuing selection criteria are entirely based on performance. The best providers in the industry work with AIReS because they know that they will receive future business from us based on their track record of quality performance.

Management: AIReS conducts a Post-Relocation Survey (PRS) with each transferee. Information from the PRS is used to streamline our processes and benchmark our performance, as well as evaluating our service provider partners. To maintain preferred status in our system, partners must maintain an annual PRS performance score of 89% or 4.45 on a 5.0 scale. Our Relocation Specialists also complete a questionnaire addressing all service providers they’ve worked with during recent relocations. AIReS has also developed unique sets of measurement criteria for each partner industry, for example, the ability of a Real Estate partner to market and sell a home in a timely manner, and conducts ongoing benchmarking for individual service providers against competing organizations in their area. Any nonconformance reports, which report service deviations or failures, are monitored in our systems and could lead to companies dropping from “preferred” status to “unacceptable”. AIReS will not use U-rated companies until their standards have been brought back in line with our expectations.

Reporting: All of the information relating to a transferee’s move is stored in our proprietary IRIS system, which can be accessed by client corporate personnel and transferees via their customized ReloNet® Web Services site. Through our systems, both AIReS staff of relocation professionals and our clients and transferees can obtain information on their services such as their Household Goods shipments. Here our team will navigate origin and destination needs for a transferee’s new host location. This also allows us to keep track of partner PRS scores, transferee preferences, agent capability, performance history, and commitment to meet dates.
