AIReS employs a proactive Program Management methodology that provides additional benefits to our clients’ corporate program. AIReS’ proprietary relocation management software, IRIS, contains a tracking module called ASSIST that documents every step taken with each relocation being managed by AIReS. This revolutionary technology proactively prompts the AIReS team on all scheduled activities, which mirror our ISO processes, for each relocation. Each activity is scheduled in IRIS during the initial consultation with the transferee, so that every aspect of the move is therefore “diaried” at the onset. ASSIST reports are generated daily, to drive each operation team member’s actions and enable them to better manage the entire process as they support open communications with each transferee. This allows the AIReS consultants responsible for communication with our corporate clients and each transferee to have complete oversight of program spend and a full suite of customizable reporting options.
