ReloNet® Web Services Site - Corporate Tools Accessed through a password-protected portal on the AIReS homepage, our ReloNet® Web Services site provides policy managers with access to extensive, real-time data about their program. Assignees can also access the site to retrieve forms and view pertinent information regarding their move. Typical tools available on the site include:

At any time, designated personnel can log into the system for progress reports on each transferee’s relocation, and to view the upcoming steps that are to be taken. Policy managers are able to anticipate and react to assignee requests and concerns, better satisfying their needs and maximizing the possibility of a successful relocation.
Extensive reporting is available through the ReloNet® Web Services site in the form of three components:
| |
Dashboard: High-level information is supplied via charts, graphs, and gauges of year-to-date activity, spending, and customer service scores.
Standard Reports: Real-time reports include, but are not limited to: Initiation Reports, Activity and Status Reports, Expense Detail Reports, Expense Category Reports, and Exception Reports. Clients select the specific information they wish to receive and the data range. Reports are pulled live, directly from the AIReS database, and can be exported to PDF or Excel for printing and distribution.
Ad Hoc Reports: This tool accommodates clients who require specific reports outside of AIReS’ standard offerings, and employs Web Intelligence (“WebI,” the ad hoc reporting component of Crystal Reports). These reports can pull from any of the vast amount of information in the AIReS “universe,” the data source containing all of the information relevant to a company’s relocation program.
