Moscow-Quota for 2008 Employment Permits and Work Permits Reopened

As of July 8, 2008, the Federal Migration Service (FMS) of Russia has reopened the 2008 Work Permit Quota.  Employment and Work Permit applications for Moscow and the Moscow Region are now being accepted.
