To preserve and progress our commitment to excellence, AIReS places a high value on the training of our staff. Every new AIReS team member, regardless of position, attends an Orientation class at our Corporate Office.  During this course, they meet members of the Senior Management team and representatives from each department, affording an introduction to every aspect of our business.  Each team member completes a cumulative exam at the end of their training, with a minimum score required to pass. All of our client-facing staff completes an additional week of comprehensive training that covers all matters of service delivery. This includes hands-on, practical application activities that help gain job specific experience.

Each new employee is assigned a mentor to work one-on-one with daily. Their mentor will help get that individual up to speed as quickly as possible.  The formal mentoring period is six months, at the end of which the mentor is required to submit a written review of the new employee.  Even though it is formally scheduled for six months, most mentoring relationships last long after the "official" mentoring has been completed.

Additionally, AIReS promotes continuing education through AIReS University, a comprehensive program applicable to every position that requires team members to pursue credit hours towards career advancement. Our subject matter experts also host monthly conference calls we call “An Insider’s Look”. These calls keep our team abreast of changes in the world that could impact our clients and transferring families.
