In the relocation industry, high-quality service is the most important initiative for any company. AIReS is committed to achieving high standards for quality and has gained membership into two different service-quality organizations as a result.
AIReS dedication to excellent service and financial stability granted its admission into the International Federation of International Movers (FIDI). Members of FIDI must strictly adhere to the FIDI code of practice, which places emphasis on ethical and responsible moving practices for the benefit of the customer. FIDI grants members, such as AIReS, the unique opportunity to have access to a network of nearly 800 moving specialists, worldwide, whose outstanding services can be relied upon. Our FAIM certification (FIDI Accredited International Mover) ensures our commitment to every aspect of an international move, including over 500 operational points.
This devotion to quality also gained AIReS’ membership in the Overseas Moving Network International. Admission to OMNI is restricted to international relocation specialists that meet demanding service standards and maintain financial stability. Our President, Bryan Putt, is the immediate past-president of OMNI, further evidence of our commitment to maintaining a leadership position within the relocation industry. AIReS’ membership in OMNI allows our clients to have confidence while receiving the highest performance standards in the world.
Most notably, all of AIReS’ regional offices have attained the coveted ISO 9001:2000 registration. After only ten months of relocation, AIReS became the first US-owned relocation company to achieve this distinction of excellent service standards. This proves our commitment to providing clients with consistently high-quality services, throughout all facets of service delivery.
